The cancellation can be done over the website or by app (coming soon). All cancellations must be made against the booking ID provided at the time of booking the cab. Yatayat taxi service will not be responsible for any cancellation or delay of service due to natural calamities, agitation, strikes, road jams, or traffic. Hence, no refund would be made.

If the customer books the ticket and does not arrive on time, he/she will not be eligible for any refund or cancellation. Bookings will be closed 30 minutes before the selected departure time, and no further bookings will be made for that tour. No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 30 minutes of the journey time.

If the customer cancels the booking at least 210 minutes (3 hours 30 minutes) before departure, a 50% deduction charge will apply. If the cancellation is made more than 3 hours before departure, a 10% deduction charge will apply.

Yatayat taxi service might change the driver and taxi details before boarding in case of vehicle breakdown or other genuine reasons at the driver’s end. No cancellation requests shall be entertained in such cases.

If you are eligible for a refund based on the “Cancellation and Returns” policy above, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to the same account used for booking.
